Family account

A family account is created for third parties who will be able to use the discount without the presence of the Loyalty Card holder. For a family account, one person is considered the primary owner of the discount card, and other persons, assigned by them, are considered users. The amounts of purchases made by users are included in the turnover of the main owner of the discount card. The discount on purchases is applied according to the card holder's Loyalty Card status.

Family accounts are available for Emporium Gold and Emporium Black cardholders. To use the loyalty discount, the owner of the card can add 2 (two) users to the Emporium Gold account and 3 (three) users to the Emporium Black account. Family account members must be nominated by the Cardholder in person and in advance.

RULES OF USE:

- To use the exclusive discount, personal participation of the discount owner or discount users (for Family accounts) is required.

- The balance required for the exclusive discount is accumulated for purchases made in the last 12 months.

- The exclusive discount is valid for 1 year from the date of activation. At the end of the discount period, the customer's balance is checked and the appropriate changes are made:

1. The discount is replaced by another one as the client's balance increases or decreases;

2. If the balance remains at the current level, the exclusive discount period is extended for another 1 year;

3. The discount is canceled if the customer does not collect the required balance within a year.

- Exclusive discount does not apply to discounted items.

- Exclusive discounts do not apply to items displayed during the trunk show, which is one of our special events.
